职位要求
JOB PURPOSE
1.To provide the highest level of customer service at all times and ensure quick and correct resolutions of customer issues + complaints.
2.To liaise with customers to ensure that all forwarding tasks are completed and customer standard operating procedures (SOP) and key performance indicators (KPI) are met at all times.
3.To coordinate with all related parties to ensure a seamless customer service experience for all customers + stakeholders.
MAIN RESPONSIBILTIES
1.To accept export bookings and complete all system entry requirements accurately and on time including all financial administration tasks including correct and timely profit share with overseas stations.
2.To deliver the highest level customer experience at all times with a clear focus on customer service + retention.
3.To liaise with all stakeholders to ensure loading and export clearance tasks are completed correctly and on time.
4.To implement and follow customer SOP and KPI at all times.
5.To ensure correct data quality within internal systems at all times.
Requirements
1.University graduate or above
2.1-2 years working experience in logistics industry will be a plus
3.Good command in English
4.Good communication, interpersonal skills
5.Responsible and self-motivated with positive working attitude
6.PC knowledge of Word, Excel & E-mail
